📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING

Once an order has been processed, packed, and a tracking number has been issued, Sweet Spring Store no longer has control over the package or holds any responsibility for it. At that point, the shipment is in the hands of the selected shipping carrier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping company directly to file a claim or investigate the delivery status.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number and being available around the estimated delivery date to avoid any issues.

💔 DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING

At Sweet Spring Store, we perform a strict quality control check before packing and shipping each order. We ensure that all items leave our facility in excellent condition and are securely packaged.

However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process or due to mishandling by third parties.

If your order arrives with damaged items, please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged products and packaging.


2. Keep the original packaging materials.


3. Contact the shipping company directly with this evidence to file a damage claim.

 

Since these damages occur outside of our handling, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged during transit.
