At Sweet Spring Store, we process and package every order with great care to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Please review the following conditions before placing an order:
1. Sales Tax
In accordance with Florida law, all applicable sales taxes will be added to the order total. These taxes are mandatory and non-refundable.
2. Order Finalization
Once an order has been packed and a shipping label has been printed, we do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds under any circumstances.
3. Payments
• Payments made via Zelle (or other accepted methods) are final and cannot be canceled or reversed by the bank or payment provider.
• By completing a payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product details and agree to purchase the items as listed.
4. Shipping Responsibility
After the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sweet Spring Store is no longer responsible for the order. From that moment, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider, who ensures the final delivery to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping company. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file any claims or report delivery issues.
5. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. No exceptions. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care), we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
