Shipping policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is clear, complete, and accurate at the time of placing the order. This includes full name, apartment number (if applicable), postal code, and any other relevant delivery details.

If a package is returned to our facility by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, package refusal, or any other reason stated by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for covering:

The cost of returning the package to us.

The cost of reshipping the order.

Sweet Spring Store does not cover these fees. To have the order resent, the customer must pay for the new shipping cost.
